About the oils.
Are the oils safe around kids and pets?
Our oils are vegan, cruelty-free and free from phthalates and parabens. Diffuse in a ventilated room and keep bottles out of reach.
Can I use two scents at once?
Yes. The Luma holds two bottles, so you can switch between two scents or run both.
125 ml or 500 ml?
The 125 ml fits straight into the Luma. The 500 ml is the better-value refill and suits the Atmos Pro.
Can I return an opened oil?
We accept returns on unopened oils within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened oils can’t be returned.

The Signature Collection is our own range of blends. Every oil comes in 125 ml, which fits the Luma, and 500 ml, the better-value refill for the Luma and the Atmos Pro. All Sensa oils are vegan and cruelty-free, free from phthalates and parabens, and ship free Australia-wide on orders over $150.
