Our Luma and Atmos Diffusers come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.

Do you offer support after installation?

Yes. We provide ongoing support, fragrance replenishment, and guidance to ensure your scent experience remains seamless.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We offer secure, tracked shipping nationwide. Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused equipment and unopened fragrance oils within 30 days of delivery. Fragrance oils cannot be returned once opened. Unused diffusion equipment must be in its original packaging. See our Refund policy or email sensaluxefragrance@gmail.com to arrange a return.
