How does the Luma work?
It uses cold-air diffusion to turn oil into a fine, dry mist. No heat and no water, so the fragrance stays true and leaves no residue.
Will it overpower my room?
Never. You set the intensity and the schedule in the app, so the scent stays subtle.
Can I run two scents?
Yes. The Luma holds two bottles. Run one signature scent, or alternate between two.
How long does a bottle last?
At 1–2 hours a day, a 125 ml bottle lasts about 1 to 1.5 months.
What’s the warranty?
Every Luma comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
What is your returns policy?
