We accept returns on unused equipment and unopened fragrance oils within 30 days of delivery. Unused equipment must be in its original packaging. Opened oils can’t be returned.

The Luma and Atmos Pro come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

We use cold-air diffusion to turn oil into a fine, dry mist. It covers evenly, keeps the fragrance true, and leaves no residue. No heat and no water.

Never. You control the intensity precisely, so the fragrance stays subtle.

Yes. It holds two bottles: run one signature scent, or alternate between two.

The Luma covers up to 200 m²: bedrooms, living rooms and apartments. The Atmos Pro covers up to 500 m² and is HVAC-ready, for large homes, offices and venues.

It depends on your schedule and intensity. Running 1–2 hours a day, a 125 ml bottle lasts about 1 to 1.5 months. Longer hours use it faster.
