Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all Sensa Luxe Fragrances orders within 1–3 business days from our fulfilment centre. During busy periods, promotional events or in certain circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Standard Shipping

We use Australia Post for our standard delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery will typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary for regional and remote locations.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once dispatched, express orders will typically arrive within 1–4 business days, depending on your delivery location and Australia Post's delivery network.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping does not change our standard 1–3 business day processing time. Express Shipping applies to the delivery service once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Every Sensa Luxe Fragrances order is carefully packaged to help protect your products during transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with investigating the issue with the carrier.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
