All standard deliveries are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for an additional fee, with estimated delivery within 1–4 business days.

Returns

We accept returns on unused equipment and unopened fragrance oils within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils cannot be returned once opened. Unused diffusion equipment must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
